Not all PLR is created equal.
I started with the Video Courses Collection — a bundle of over 700 high-quality, fully editable video courses.
One course I chose was on “Email Marketing Fundamentals.”
It came with:
- Slide deck
- MP4 videos
- Written transcript
- Lead magnet PDF
- 5 related articles
And that was more than enough.
Step 1: Leverage the Core Asset
Following the LLMO framework, the first step was Leverage.
Instead of rewriting everything from scratch, I loaded the course transcript into LeeOne Chat AI and asked:

- Used AI to create a 7-question quiz funnel to segment my leads
- Added a tripwire offer between the freebie and full product line
